Relax Kids

Fun classes for children and teens which incorporate movement, games, stretching, massage, breathing techniques, positive affirmations and relaxation. 

Relax Kids’ strategies mimic clinically-proven anger management and mitigation treatments such as therapeutic exercise and yoga, breathing exercises, and mindfulness exercises. 

Katie runs sessions on a Mondays at 4:30pm, and special holiday sessions. Booking essential.

Just Sing Junior Choir

 

Just Sing Juniors in a Contemporary Junior Choir. They met in St Michael's Church Centre from 4.15pm till 5.15pm in the Main Hall.

 

Does your child love to sing? Just Sing Juniors is for children ages 7 and up. No auditions and no need to read sheet music, all you need is to love to sing! We create harmonies, improve voice and build confidence whilst singing popular songs. At the end of Half term, you will be invited to sit in and hear what we’re up to. Flexible Sessions: Pay up front for each half term at £4 a session, or pay as you go for £5 a week. Your first session is one us!

Footlights

Footlight Dance Academy, incorporating Born2Perform, is a long established organisation offering dance and musical theatre training to a variety of ages throughout the local area. Footlight offer a warm and nurturing environment for ages 3+, and many of the footlight students have gone on to work in musical theatre and with professional dance companies.

Murilova Ballet School

The Murilova Ballet School, based at St Michael’s Middle School offers ballet and contemporary classes for all ages and abilities. Dancers receive expert tuition and have exam and performance opportunities whilst furthering their passion for ballet and the theatre, in a friendly, family environment. The aim of the Academy is to help young people, 5-17 years, develop: enthusiasm, confidence, self esteem, conversational ability &  social skills. These aims are achieved through a highly developed, original, drama programme. Each lesson is carefully planned. Curriculum includes introductory activities, speech verbal dynamics, creative movement, dance drama, language development, structured improvisation, dialogue development, snippets, scene starters, mini-scripts, parent day presentations, end of year productions. Above all, our classes are fun!

The Reef Youth Club

The Reef Youth Club is for young people age 10 – 17 years, from school year 6 upwards. There is a programme of events and activities that will be run on a weekly basis during term-time. The time-table is available on their website. The club will be open Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday evenings. A timetable is available on their website, entry is £2 unless marked otherwise.

Warborne Gamers Club

Warborne Gamers Club meet at the Reef on Monday 6.30pm to 9.30pm. It is for all enthusiasts of War Gaming from 9 too 99 years old. We play a wide variety of games such as Fantasy, 40K, LoTR/Hobbit, Dreadfleet, Magic, Malifaux, Distopia, Dungeons & Dragons and many other gaming systems! New members welcome1

 

We offer painting tables and unlimited use of paints, brushes and any other tools you need to prepare your army for battle. We run regular tournaments, competitions and special event days. If you want to try out a new gaming system, or want help with tactics etc. book a training battle with one of the club captains.

St Michael's Dirt: Colehill's BMX & Mountain Bike Trail

In Coombes Wood at Smugglers Lane, opposite Merrifield, there is the St Michael’s Dirt BMX and Mountain Bike Trail.

St Michael’s Dirt is for BMX and Mountain bikes and is open to permit holders only.

Peace Lily Teen Yoga

Yoga Classes designed specifically for teenagers ages 14-18. Build strength, increase flexibility, develop your balance and tone your body. Allow yourself some time to stretch, relax and unwind.
